He serves as the Lead Teacher at the Sunesis Learning Initiative, an organization dedicated to discipling individuals through inspired education and mentorship, aiming for personal and spiritual transformation. It is a progressive, mission-oriented, multifaceted global ministry dedicated to discipling the world for our Lord Jesus Christ.

Dr. Solomon Appiah, Ph.D. is a distinguished Ghanaian academic, Bible teacher, author, consultant, and the visionary founder of the Sunesis Learning Initiative. With deep expertise spanning church leadership, public policy, advocacy, and international relations, he brings a unique blend of spiritual insight and strategic thought to his work. His theological focus centers on the doctrines of eternal life and righteousness, themes that permeate both his teaching and writing.

Dr. Appiah has collaborated with several esteemed institutions, including the Africa Progress Panel—chaired by the late H.E. Kofi Annan—where he contributed to the landmark 2013 Africa Progress Report on extractives and development. He has also worked with the Natural Resource Governance Institute (NRGI) and the Government of Ghana, influencing high-level policy conversations and reform efforts.

In the field of education, he has served as a Lecturer at the graduate school of Wisconsin International University College (Ghana), as well as a faculty member at the College of Sustainable Transformation and Development (COSTrAD) and other academic institutions, contributing to the training of emerging leaders and scholars.
